The beauty of Plants for Health is that it has a solid scientific basis. We stay away from all the hypes and gurus.
What makes Plants for Health unique?
Effective
Most lifestyle programs have not been scientifically tested for effectiveness. At Plants for Health, we have done this. Using a randomized controlled trial, we found the program to be effective for rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Other studies show that similar lifestyle programs are effective for other chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Sustainable
What we eat has a lot of impact on our planet. Such as greenhouse gas emissions, water and land use.
A plant-based diet is the most sustainable diet; it reduces your carbon footprint and is therefore not only healthy for you but also for the planet.
