Accessibility Statement
Version 1.1 — effective 31 August 2026
This statement applies to plants-for-health.com.
1 Our commitment
We want our website and learning platform to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA, and we audit and improve the site on an ongoing basis.
This is the same commitment we give in clause C12 of our Terms and Conditions.
2 Current status
We have carried out a systematic accessibility audit of all main pages of this website, and we have implemented improvements throughout.
We do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The limitations listed below are the areas where we know we do not yet meet it. We are working on them, and we update this statement as that work progresses.
3 Known limitations
Some areas fall outside our direct editorial control, or remain in progress:
- certain form labels are generated by third-party providers and cannot be fully controlled from our platform. We have implemented mitigations where possible;
- a written transcript for one audio podcast episode is not yet available;
- the checkout page, which runs on a separate subdomain, has not yet been audited. A separate audit is scheduled.
4 Third-party content
Some content on this website is provided by third parties, including embedded forms, video players and payment systems. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, and we look for accessible alternatives where they exist.
5 How we assessed this
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out on 3 July 2026, using the WAVE accessibility evaluation tool together with manual keyboard navigation testing. It has not been assessed by an external party.

Version history
Version 1.1 — 31 August 2026. The conformance claim brought into line with clause C12 of our Terms and Conditions: this statement previously said the website was substantially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA, and now says that we work towards conformance and do not claim full conformance. The known limitation about the checkout page stated more precisely. A telephone number and a postal address added. A version number added; earlier editions of this statement carried only a date.
