Shipping and Returns Policy

This policy applies to the printed book Plants for Health, which we sell and ship ourselves through this website.

It does not apply to the book Past the Pain. The printed edition of Past the Pain is sold exclusively through Amazon and other booksellers. If you buy it there, your contract is with that retailer, and Amazon’s own delivery, return and refund terms apply to that purchase, not this policy.

Shipping policy

Shipping costs
Shipping is free of charge.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 working days. Delivery times vary by country.

Shipping method
We ship the Plants for Health book via our courier partner Monta, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Returns policy

Returning books
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving any reason. The book must be unused and in its original condition.

Returning e-books
E-books cannot be cancelled or returned.

Return procedure
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day period. After your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the book back. Returns that do not follow this procedure cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the book was delivered incorrectly.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned book in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.

Damaged or defective books
If you have received a damaged or defective book, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement copy or a refund.
