Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us first. We would rather put it right ourselves. Write to [email protected] or telephone +31 6 58869219, and tell us what happened. Clause 17 of our Terms and Conditions sets out how we handle complaints and how quickly we respond.
Dispute resolution
We do not participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not obliged to. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer dispute resolution body where you live. The European Commission lists the recognised bodies per member state at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
What we provide
We provide general lifestyle education. We do not provide healthcare, we do not offer individual consultations, medical advice or individualised nutritional or dietetic advice, and no care relationship arises between you and us. Our materials are developed and reviewed by qualified professionals, who act in that capacity when they develop them. They do not act as your dietitian or as your doctor, they do not treat participants, and they do not assess whether taking part is medically suitable for you. Our team page says who they are.
