Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 working days. Delivery times vary by country.

We ship the Plants for Health book via trusted courier services such as DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Returns policy

Returning books
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving any reason. The book must be unused and in its original condition.

Returning e-books
E-books cannot be cancelled or returned.

Return procedure
To request a return, please contact us at info@plants-for-health.nl within the 14-day period. After your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the book back. Returns that do not follow this procedure cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the book was delivered incorrectly.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned book in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.

Damaged or defective books
If you have received a damaged or defective book, please contact us as soon as possible at info@plants-for-health.nl. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement copy or a refund.

Participation in the Plants for Health program
You have the right to cancel your participation within 5 days after the start date of the program. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@plants-for-health.nl. The amount you paid will be refunded within 5 working days.
